Pristine 136 Acre Coastal Mendocino Ranch
(a Forest Restoration Project)

Located between the towns of Mendocino and Ft. Bragg, this former commercial timberland parcel has painstakingly been restored to a gorgeous park-like setting providing plenty of privacy to enjoy one's own slice of coastal forest, while still offering close proximity to in-town services. Scroll down for images of this one-of-a kind setting...

The 136 acres, bordered by scenic Highway One on the west and Jackson State Forest to the east, features distant ocean and ridgetop views, several meadows, a clear water 1 acre year-round pond, and a 6000+/- sq. ft shop building that houses a 1200+/- sf-one-bedroom-‘caretakers' apartment with 10' high ceilings, recessed lighting and acid etched concrete floors with radiant heating. The shop is heated with a custom large capacity wood burning stove making the space useful year-round making this an unique combination of contemporary loft living in a pristine country environment.

There is an existing NTMP on the parcel allowing for periodic timber harvesting. Currently, the parcel is growing commercially viable species of Redwood and Doug Fir. An extensive rocked road system is in place making all of the parcel easily accessible. And there is an existing permit in place to add another pond in the western ocean view meadow.
